Can someone tell me the process of being an entrepreneur and running a small business?

When I’m older, I’m planning on starting my own publishing company or matchmaking business.

1. How do you pay employees? How much percent?
2. Do you need any sort of government permit?
I can’t think of anything else right now but overall, how do you go about starting your own publishing company, let’s say.

Pay employees by the hour, by the job, or by the net profit.

U may need a vendor’s license. In all cases you have to pay taxes.
