Start Up Business Plan Example

What’s the best practice routine for guitar player?

So I play guitar. I have been playing for about two years now. I have been trying to figure out a good practice routine for a guitar player, but i have never been able to stick to one. Can someone help me with this? Just to give you an idea, i play electric guitar and i do do reading, out of music books!

Heres some of the essentials that it should include, you can add more if you like;

There’s really no such thing as a universal “best” practice routine. Different players will have different strengths and weaknesses, and what your practice routine should be designed to target those weaknesses… assuming it’s areas you actually want to work on. If you’re a blues player, you don’t really have much of a reason to develop your alternate picking to a high degree. If you’re a jazz player, you’re not going to spend a lot of time learning a bunch of crazy whammy bar tricks.

Do you have a teacher? You should! A good teacher can help organize all that new incoming information. They can also direct your attention to weak spots in your playing, many of which you probably weren’t aware of in the first place (and would have never noticed if not for their intervention). A good musician is aware of many little things that a beginner won’t even think about, and a good teacher can help you to be aware of them too.
