What is the best business structure for my consulting firm?

Im 18 and im in the process of starting a consulting firm, with my intellectual friend whose 20 years old. What we doing is something BIG the marketing methods, the company name which i don’t wanna say is impeccable is what we don’t hear at all. Well my worriness and frustration in some things is that i don’t know. What business structure i should settle for sole proprietiorship, LLC, Corporation etc.? I wanna see millions in 2009, we are closing deals that structure private notes and we have all the consultant tools please dont write anything negative of what im doing it nothing personal it’s just business.
